JOSH
With over 12 years of experience in the entertainment and event industry, Josh Ray
is one of the best DJs in all of Middle Tennessee.
Specializing in weddings, private functions, and corporate events, Josh is known for
his fun energy and professionalism, as well as his ability to musically elevate any
event. From Motown, jazz, and funk, all the way to the modern hits of today, his
versatility and knowledge of music make him a “must have” for any celebration.
Josh has been chosen for the Couples Choice Award on Wedding Wire for 6 years
straight and mentioned in People Magazine three times!
NIK
Chicago native, Nik, came to Music City in 2012 to attend music school at Belmont
University and pursue a career in songwriting and producing. His love for music and
knowledge of production led him to DJ’ing as a means to pay tuition. What started as
a supplemental side-gig, however, quickly became a passion.
Nik’s ability to warm up a crowd and problem-solve on the go makes him a fun and
reliable addition to any event. In addition to the hundreds of parties, weddings and
corporate events he’s worked around Nashville, he loves what he does so much that
he even DJ’d a portion of his own wedding reception.
Joey
Joey is a rare Nashville native who grew up frequenting some of Music City's most
beloved indie venues. His love for live music even led him to the love of his life,
when he met his wife at a concert in 2007. Like that perfect union, Joey found a way
to marry his work and hobbies through a career in the event industry.
Now, with over a decade of experience, Joey brings a comfort and ease to all of his
gigs and is known for being both fun and professional. His talent and big heart can
also be found on display, annually, when he volunteers his DJ services to the Tim
Tebow Foundation's Night to Shine -- a prom night experience for people with
special needs.
Jake
If you want an enthusiastic, high energy DJ then look no further! Jake got his start in
bars and nightclubs before moving up to corporate and private events. His years of
experience in such a large variety of venues taught him how to get any kind of party
started.
Jake brings fun, positive energy to every event while always maintaining a high level
of professionalism. Playing a wide array of classics, new hits, and even a few
surprises, Jake knows how to get everyone on the dance floor and keep them there
all night long. He not only brings the party, he is the party!
Jacob
Jacob has been a musician since he picked up his first guitar at the age of 10. He
played classical guitar at an arts high school and studied commercial music at
Florida Sate University.
In college, he learned how to produce and record music in a
studio setting, where he also fine-tuned his knowledge of audio technology. It was
there that he discovered his love for DJ'ing! From crowded apartments to fraternity
mansions, Jacob learned how to work a crowd and keep the party moving.
Years of education and hands-on experience mixed with a unique ear and natural
talent allowed him to turn his hobby into a full time profession. In addition to DJ'ing,
Jacob is a very capable audio/video/lighting technician.
CODY
Cody has been a full-time DJ/MC for over 28 years and a music junkie all his life. He
has performed at thousands of wedding receptions, live shows and events for
crowds ranging from 50 to 5,000 people.
In addition to his early work as a DJ/MC in his hometown of Youngstown, Ohio, he
sang and performed with regional bands/groups and opened for several national
touring acts. He was also a successful acting coach before moving to Nashville in
2001. His diverse experience and extensive knowledge of music make him a standout
as a professional DJ/MC. Cody is detail oriented and enjoys tailoring events to
showcase the unique visions of each client. He brings personality and fun to all that
he does and enjoys getting to be a part of making memories for people.
