In working for the last 25 years in meetings in Nashville, we know this city like the backs of our hand. Our purpose is to help corporate planners who may not live here know some of the things that our city offers that they can’t find on a Google search. We’ve created a place that information can be accessed to help you determine what might be the right things for your group all from one place. That’s what we offer on this website. In addition to providing you with information that will help you make informed decisions, we are connectors and have close working relationships with everything you’ll encounter on this site eliminating having to track people down. Allow us to answer your questions, walk you through experiences, check availability and connect you to the appropriate person to secure whatever you’re interested in.
Why is this free to me?
Through our vetting process, we make deals with the vendors we want to work with without marking up prices or passing a cost onto you. When we book business with partners, you contract directly with the venue.
What we ask of you…
All we ask is that, after we’ve answered all of your questions and you’ve found the right thing based on your specific wants and needs, you allow us to check availability on your behalf and have the appropriate person reach out to you directly to secure it with them. This is how we get paid for bringing your business to them and for providing this service to you.
